T-Mobile Vs. AT&T
My family has had the same cell phone number for the past 6 years, and we had been with the same provider(T-mobile) for the past 5 years. Until, I decided and begged to switch to AT&T for the simple reason that I wanted an iPhone. To me this was the biggest mistake. Not only was our cell phone bill almost double the price, I had terrible signal and my calls will drop all the time. In two months I paid with AT&T what I was paying with T-mobile for 5 months! In this case the saying "You get what you pay for" was totally wrong. I was very disappointed with the outrageous amount of money I was paying for terrible service and long wait when I called customer service. I was like this for a little over a year until I decided we needed to switch our family plan back to T-mobile. We had to pay a cancellation fee which was only $70 per line, $140 total. We are back with T-mobile and we are saving over $80 per month! I am sure this not the case with everyone, unfortunately it was for our family.
